Please be advised, from 2 April 2024 CCI appointed EML as a Third Party Administrator to manage Workers’ Compensation claims. If you have queries about a Workers’ Compensation claim please call 1800 469 931 or email CCIclaims@eml.com.au.

Your rights as a worker

You have the right to nominate your treating doctor and must provide consent to any medical treatment. However, your employer and/or CCI may require you to be examined by an independent medical practitioner. This provides a second medical opinion and can help you get back to work sooner.
