When an injury occurs.

Arrange appropriate medical treatment for your injured worker immediately and let us know about the injury as soon as possible. The sooner you notify us, the sooner we can assist with your claim.

Once the injured worker has provided you with a completed claim form and the first medical certificate, you should complete the CCI Employers Report of Injury and ensure all the documents are lodged with our office within five working days.

Initial advice to CCI can be made via email or fax, however original documents should be posted ASAP.
