IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SCHEME CREDITORS

On 3^rd November 2023, CCI’s Scheme of Arrangement became effective and binding on all Scheme Creditors. To find out more please visit our Scheme of Arrangement page here.

Please be advised, from 2 April 2024 CCI appointed EML as a Third Party Administrator to manage Workers’ Compensation claims. If you have queries about a Workers’ Compensation claim please call 1800 469 931 or email CCIclaims@eml.com.au.

When an injury occurs.

Arrange appropriate medical treatment for your injured worker immediately and let us know about the injury as soon as possible. The sooner you notify us, the sooner we can assist with your claim.

Once the injured worker has provided you with a completed claim form and the first medical certificate, you should complete the CCI Employers Report of Injury and ensure all the documents are lodged with our office within five working days.

Initial advice to CCI can be made via email or fax, however original documents should be posted ASAP.
